11.20 am Different kinds of curriculum access – the importance of literacy.
11.50 pm Practical exercise and demonstration of inappropriate and appropriate ways to tell sensory stories.
12.10 Error free choosing (with hand out).
12.30 pm lunch
1.30 pm Shared story telling; including young people at different ability levels in the same classroom.
2.00 pm Telling the difference between profound learning difficulty, severe learning difficulty, physical difficulty and communication impairment.
2.45 pm Practical exercise around assessment of physical and/or learning difficulty.
